By conducting competitor research, identifying partnerships, and interviewing 55+ key stakeholders, I delivered insights that aligned the product’s design and strategy with market needs, driving its potential for success in the nerve repair industry.

Data-Driven Market & Cost Analysis for Product Innovation

Conducted a comprehensive cost analysis and market sizing for nerve repair procedures, evaluating procedure volume, injury severity, and location. Analyzed CPT codes, RVU impacts on surgeon compensation, and cost structures—including labor, surgical time, and devices—to identify market opportunities and align product development with economic feasibility.

Decoding Reimbursement Pathways for Product Viability

Analyzed the medical coding and reimbursement landscape, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS systems, to identify the financial and regulatory implications for Neuretix’s product strategy. This work ensured alignment with market needs and payer policies to optimize the product’s adoption and reimbursement potential.

Leveraging Stakeholder Insights to Guide Product Strategy

Created 6 User-Personas and Interviewed 55+ investors, hospital purchasing committees, early adopters, and surgeons from globally renowned hospitals such as Stanford and Columbia.

Optimizing Compliance for Market Success

I streamlined the regulatory landscape by narrowing a list of 760 CPT codes—standardized codes used for medical billing and documentation—to a targeted set of 76 relevant to Neuretix procedures. This strategic refinement enabled focused compliance efforts and optimized the device’s market positioning.
